Come and meet Cambridge Live

29th Sep 2016

13th Oct 2016

Find out about our future and the future of the City Events programme!

Cambridge Live is responsible for delivering the City Events programme on behalf of Cambridge City Council. City Events include Big Weekend, Bonfire Night, Jazz & Brass in the Parks, monthly Tea Dances, Midsummer Fair and the popular senior citizens' event,  Mayor’s Day Out.

Next year we will open discussions with the council about the opportunities for continuing our relationship and joint delivery of the City Events programme from 2020 for five years.  In preparation for this we have completed a strategic review and are now ready to engage more widely to talk about future options for the city.

Area committees provide the opportunity for you to give your views and ideas for improving community life in your neighbourhood.

At the next series of Area Committee meetings across the city, organised by the City Council, we will report on our first year, outline our strategy and discuss our plans for engagement with councillors, local organisations and Cambridge people about future City Events programmes.

We are inviting you to join Cambridge Live at your area committee and find out more
