Festival Bridge

Festival Bridge is one of the ten national Bridge organisations who have secured investment from Arts Council England as Sector Support Organisations continuing our current work through 2018-22.  We work to ensure children and young people across Cambridgeshire, Norfolk, Peterborough and Suffolk feel that arts and culture belong to them. We do this by using the investment we have secured from Arts Council England and the Department for Education to radically enhance the cultural education offer across our region.

This is a great opportunity to support the work of Festival Bridge through a key period.

Leading the delivery of work in Norfolk & Suffolk you will:

- lead our work with Local Cultural Education Partnerships in Norfolk & Suffolk
- form and develop new strategic networks and partnerships to deliver our ambitions
- work with partners from schools, academies, galleries, libraries, museums, theatres, local government, business and many other settings to develop opportunities for children and young people
- contribute to the forward planning of Festival Bridge

About you

This post requires someone with excellent interpersonal and negotiating skills, first rate project management abilities and a positive determined attitude.  The ideal candidate will have knowledge of working at the highest levels of the cultural and/or education sector.  This is a challenging yet rewarding post, requiring management of existing activity and clear scope to lead the development of new opportunities.

We actively encourage applicants from diverse backgrounds and value the positive impact that difference has on our teams.

The deadline for receipt of applications is 9.00am Tuesday 21 November
