PROJECT MANAGER                     

ORAL HISTORIES, ENGLISH GYPSIES AND IRISH TRAVELLERS IN CAMBRIDGE              

 

Tasks

A variety of tasks to include:

Overall planning of the project with support of the steering group
Providing a detailed project plan with timescales
Liaising with partners
Administration and evaluation of the project
Recruiting, supervising and motivating staff and volunteers
Overseeing outcomes and dissemination
Designing and analysing methodologies for effective feedback
Programming and overseeing of delivery of workshops

Ensuring skilled staff and venues are available
Overseeing the quality of work throughout the project by all staff
Developing outreach activities in the local community
Ensuring that all policy documents including safeguarding are adhered to
Attending all necessary meetings and managing online contact arrangements
Ensuring the budget is managed efficiently and project delivered on time
Managing documentation and feedback throughout the project
Overseeing equipment and materials, staff and venues
Ensuring all requirements of funders are met
