Festival Manager

We are looking for a versatile Festival Manager to be responsible for the operations and delivery of three festivals  (April, June and November) and several smaller individual events. The role has a focus on logistics and delivery but has creative or development opportunities for the right candidate.

Key responsibilities will include responsibility for planning and managing all festival operations, including organising venues, festival staff (including volunteers) and Box Office. You will work with the Festival Director by contributing to additional programming.

You will be joining a small and busy team so you need to be able to multi-task and think on your feet.  A natural problem solver, you will be able to take personal responsibility for your own work as well as contributing to the team.  You will have the ability to establish robust working relationships with partners and with a strong commitment excellence you will deliver a top quality experience for speakers, audiences, supporters and sponsors. Excellent communications skills and attention to detail are vital.  Relevant experience is essential.
