Are you or do you know a recent graduate who may be interested in an exciting start in the music industry?

Cambridge Junction are looking to fill their newly created Assistant Music Producer role - a year-long, full time position funded with support from Weston Jerwood Creative Bursaries and the PRS Foundation.  Anyone with a passion for popular music and culture, who graduated in 2015, 2016 or 2017 with a full maintenance grant is eligible to apply at: https://www.junction.co.uk/about-us/recruitment.

Application deadline: 12 noon Monday 8 January 2018.

The role holder will be working alongside Rob Tinkler, Popular Culture Manager, supporting him to develop and deliver Cambridge Junction’s music programme. The job will give the selected candidate a fantastic insight to the industry, many contacts and a wealth of experience of programming and promoting. They will even be given their own small budget for developing bands and musicians.

The Weston Jerwood Creative Bursaries programme provides talent development opportunities for recent graduates from low-income backgrounds. Through it, Jerwood Charitable Foundation and its partners seek to change the socio-economic barriers that skilled graduates entering the arts workplace are facing.
