Wysing Arts Exhibition Launch & End of Year Highlights Book
EXHIBITION LAUNCH, WYSING ARTS CENTRE
10 FEBRUARY, 6-8PM
Join us to launch our first exhibition of 2018, more of an avalanche. This group exhibition presents new work produced at Wysing in 2017, alongside existing and historical work, that considers what it means to have sensitivity in the current political climate. Taking the term ‘snowflake’ as a starting point, the exhibition looks for strength in numbers, and strength in networks. With artists Helen Cammock, Ilker Cinarel, Jesse Darling, Maryam Monalisa Gharavi, Juliet Jacques, Isaac Julien, Carolyn Lazard, Zinzi Minott, The Newsreel Collective, Harold Offeh, Raju Rage, S1 Portland/Women's Beat League, Syllabus III and Liv Wynter. The exhibition launch includes a performance by Liv Wynter and coincides with the re-opening of Kettle’s Yard, Cambridge.

END OF YEAR HIGHLIGHTS
We have brought our 2017 programme activity together in a new digital booklet that can be easily read on a range of online platforms. As we look ahead to a busy 2018, we would like to thank everyone who worked with us during 2017, who made it such an exciting and productive year. Have a look at what we got up to, click here.
