The Big Read will be a relay of readers, authors and story-tellers who come from across our Cambridgeshire community. It will be a show-case that promotes the Love of Books, The Joy of Reading and the Pleasure of Listening to Tales.

The Big Read is a Co-constructed project to include:

  • Cambridge Literary Festival
  • Published Authors and Illustrators
  • The Phonics Fairy
  • 52 Stories – Reading Volunteers
  • Chip from Snail Tales who will do a wonderful launch
  • Cambridgeshire Library – and The Summer Reading Challenge
  • The Big Read & Write – Kite Teaching School Alliance
  • Cambridge Story Tellers  - TBC
